POLICIES

Shipping Policy:

All items in stock are shipped within 24-48 hours of your payment. You will receive an order confirmation after you place it. (Please check your spam or bulk mail box if you did not receive a order confirmation within 24 hours.) Please take the time to ensure your shipping address is correct when ordering and when reviewing your order confirmation e-mail. If your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, there is no way for us to change any information. Please note that packages are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

International Shipping Policy:

Delivery time given is just an estimated average delivery time frame and is NOT guaranteed. Your package may be held by your country’s customs agency until cleared. We do not have control over your local Post Mail System or Customs Agencies. However you can be assured that all international packages are being shipped out with all needed documentation to avoid unnecessary delays.

Delivery Areas: 

For your convenience, we deliver worldwide. To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address, highway number and/or telephone number with your order.

Methods of Delivery:

To give you the best possible service, we use primarily Hong Kong Post Registered AirMAil services. This means that the package must be accepted and signed for by someone at your delivery address.  If you are unavailable when the courier makes a delivery, you will get a notice telling you the address of the post office where you can pick up your package. Please bring proper photo identification with you when you pick up your package.

Tracking Your Order:

A tracking link for Hong Kong Post website will be supplied within the confirmation email sent to you.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, we will be glad to assist you with an exchange or refund. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required on all returns. All items returned without RMA number will not be accepted and refused.

To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please send an e-mail to us at etradeasiacs@gmail.com for further instructions. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned unused, with all parts and accessories, and in original packaging, including the manual, the inserts, the RMA number and a copy of the packing slip or invoice. Products returned with signs of wear and tear or without original packaging will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Refunds will be made for the price of an item, shipping and handling cost is NOT refundable. Exchanges may require additional shipping expenses. You will be responsible for ALL costs involved in re-shipping the product. Returns must be shipped properly packaged in hard box. It is your responsibility to insure your return package - we are not liable for lost or damaged merchandise. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all returns to cover our expenses. We will process exchanges or refunds within 1-2 weeks of receipt.

Ordering Goods and Cancellation:

All orders placed through our website will be subject to our acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

When you submit an order to us on our website, you will receive an email to confirm that we are processing and acknowledging your order and giving you estimated timescales for delivery. You should check this email for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. This email constitute no acceptance of the order by us. Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) when we dispatch the goods to you. Title to the goods will pass to you after dispatch.

Where you have redeemed a promotional code or any other offer ("a Code") against your order, acceptance of this order is subject to our verifying that the Code has been issued to you personally, that you comply with all the terms of the offer and qualify for the Code. In the event that the Code has not been issued to you for your personal use or you do not qualify for the offer, the price of the order will be adjusted notwithstanding any email or other confirmation that you receive.

Warranty:

Limited Product Warranty: Our products are made to ensure satisfaction and service during the natural life of the product. Mugen Power warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year (unless stated otherwise under product's description) from the date of purchase.

We will replace the battery at no charge to you if it fails during the free replacement term of 30 days. After the expiration of the free replacement period, Mugen Power Batteries will replace a battery that fails upon return of the battery to the manufacturer and where the manufacturer has confirmed that the battery is indeed defective.

This limited warranty does not cover defects from product misuse, product neglect, product abuse, product tampering, product alterations and unauthorized product repairs. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any consequential damage to a person or property other than the product purchased. We reserve the right to repair or replace the product if limited warranty applies.

All returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase and you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us prior to returning the battery. All returns without an RMA number will be refused.

All warranties implied by law applicable to the battery shall be limited to the warranty period stated on the battery. Some countries, states or provinces do not allow limitations of how long an implied warranty lasts, or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from country to country, state to state or province to province.
